2025 Program ▶

Apply to participate ▶

Presenting an innovation show to introduce technologies that offer insight as to the properties and development of our resins, including the latest grades and material technologies to address market needs.
The theme this year is “Creating added value through technical solutions.”
Our dedicated engineering plastics experts will show you the endless potential of engineering plastics.
Experience for yourself the manufacturing solutions made possible by Polyplastics.

See the Future #1 Testing machine & molding
At the event, you will be able to see the various testing and molding machines actually used at our Technical Solution Center (TSC) which plays the central role in developing technologies and technical support at Polyplastics.

Introduction to Laser Welding

In addition to explanations of contour welding (single scan) and quasi-simultaneous welding (multi-scan), we will share information in easy-to-understand format with demonstrations. Main topics will include the specs of the equipment that we own, and the evaluations we can perform.

3D Printer Exhibit

See 3D printers using our materials. They are capable of molding through the MEX method and PBF method using engineering plastics. Some demonstrations will be conducted on the day of the event. See how the molding is done right before your eyes.

See the Future #2 Guided tour & oral session
On the guided tour, our employees provide explanations about our equipment and testing environment, and more. In the oral session, we provide you up-to-the-minute information on the latest at Polyplastics and market trends.
Guided Tour
Our employees show you around the testing room in the permanent exhibition area while providing explanations. On this tour you can see the equipment we use for testing physical properties, watch actual testing take place, and learn about our technical support system.
Oral Session
Polyplastics engineers give presentations highlighting our new technologies and latest initiatives. The FY 2024 session offered a wealth of information on Polyplastics environmental and xEV initiatives, technical information from our research centers, and more. We plan to deliver updated information in the FY 2025 session.
See the Future #3 Trending topics
We share information on topics that were popular in the previous Innovation Show. The information this year will be freshly updated to bring you the very latest. We look forward to seeing you there!
